Agreement

By creating an account or using trendstackapp.com ("TrendStack", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What TrendStack is

TrendStack is a paid tool that surfaces trending audio, hashtags, videos, and content ideas for social media creators, pulled from public data sources and our own analysis. Trend data reflects publicly available information at the time it was generated and is provided for informational purposes — we don't guarantee any specific outcome (views, followers, virality) from using it.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use TrendStack.
• Keep your login credentials secure — contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription & billing

• TrendStack Pro is $1 for your first month, then $2.99/month afterward, billed via Stripe. The full price is shown clearly before you check out.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
• We may change pricing going forward — we'll give notice before any change takes effect for existing subscribers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse or circumvent rate limits, scrape or resell TrendStack's data at scale, attempt to break or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party content & data

Trend data is sourced in part from third parties (e.g. YouTube, Spotify, Wikipedia, Google Trends). We don't control that underlying data and aren't responsible for its accuracy. Links you submit for analysis are processed to generate insights and are not shared publicly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using TrendStack and cancel your subscription at any time.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

TrendStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
